Hello,
I am Eniko Hajnal,
integrative nutrition health coach
My journey into wellness began with my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015, where I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. To deepen my commitment to natural healing, I completed studies in Naturopathy in 2023.
With over 20 years of experience following a whole food, plant-based diet, which I have embraced since 2004 for ethical reasons, I am passionate about coaching clients who wish to reduce or eliminate processed foods and meat from their diets. As I’ve grown in my work as a nutrition coach, I’ve come to see that food is just one piece of the bigger picture when it comes to health. The more I’ve explored psychosomatics – the deep connection between the mind and body – the more I’ve realized that true health isn’t just about what’s on our plate.
Since beginning my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2024, focusing on acupressure, I have been integrating this knowledge into my coaching.
Building on my practice in Hatha Yoga, I love leading group classes for children, creating a fun and supportive space where they can develop mindfulness, flexibility, and a lifelong appreciation for movement.
I believe that true health arises from achieving harmony of the body, mind, and spirit, and I am dedicated to guiding others on their journey to balance and vitality.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, the holistic view of people is my main field. I consider it very important to explore the psychological causes behind health problems, health damaging patterns and to treat stress effectively.
