I am Enikö Hajnal,
integrative nutrition health coach and acupressure therapist
My foundation in holistic health began with my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015, where I received comprehensive education in nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and behavioral change—studying over 100 dietary theories and practical tools to support both physical and emotional well-being. That experience opened my eyes to how deeply food, lifestyle, and mindset are connected. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my understanding of the body and mind — completing studies in Naturopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a focus on acupressure and ear acupuncture.
For over 20 years, I’ve followed a whole food, plant-based diet, which I adopted in 2004 for ethical reasons. Today, I help others take steps toward reducing or eliminating processed foods and meat, while exploring the deeper layers of health. Nutrition is powerful, but I believe lasting wellness comes from balance in every area of life — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
In my practice, I offer one-on-one health coaching, acupressure treatments, and ear acupuncture sessions using the NADA protocol—each supporting clients in different ways, including nutrition, managing stress, supporting addiction recovery and detox, working through deeper patterns, and restoring balance related to pain, digestion, and overall vitality.
I’m also passionate about creating joyful spaces for children to explore movement and mindfulness through yoga — a practice that continues to teach and inspire me as well.
I believe that true health arises from achieving harmony of the body, mind, and spirit, and I am dedicated to guiding others on their journey to balance and vitality.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I take a holistic approach to well-being—combining nutrition guidance with a deep focus on the psychological roots of health issues, uncovering harmful patterns, and supporting effective stress management.
