About me

Hello, I’m Enikö Hajnal

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Acupressure Therapist

My journey into holistic health began in 2015 at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and behavioral change. During this time, I explored over 100 dietary theories and practical tools for supporting both physical and emotional well-being. It was a transformative experience that deepened my understanding of how strongly food, lifestyle, mindset, and health are connected.

Since then, I have continued studying Naturopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a focus on acupressure and ear acupuncture.

For more than 20 years, I have followed a whole food, plant-based diet, which I adopted in 2004 for ethical reasons. Today, I help others move toward a healthier and more balanced way of eating by reducing processed foods, improving nutrition, and building sustainable habits. I love to work with clients who wish to partly or fully transition to a plant-based diet, and I also integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles into nutrition, adapting recommendations to each individual.

I believe that lasting wellness comes from balance — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

In my practice, I offer one-on-one health coaching, acupressure, and ear acupuncture sessions.

My focus areas include healthy weight loss, stress and emotional balance, addiction recovery, detox support, digestive health, pain relief, and overall vitality and well-being.

I also enjoy creating supportive and joyful spaces for children to explore movement and mindfulness through yoga — a practice that continues to inspire me personally as well.

I believe true health comes from harmony between body, mind, and spirit, and I am dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward greater balance and vitality.
