Kids Yoga at Simply Theatre Academy
Yoga and mindfulness can work wonders for kids. Yoga helps them get stronger, more flexible, and better at balancing, while also improving their posture. Mindfulness, on the other hand, teaches them how to stay present and calm, which can really help with stress and handling big emotions. It also helps them focus better, whether it’s in school or just everyday life. Together, yoga and mindfulness give kids tools to feel more confident, in control, and emotionally balanced.
* Thursday afternoons from 4.30pm – 5.30pm
* Age: 6-10 years old
